Roasted Summer Fruit

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches
  • 3 plums
  • 3 nectarines
  • 2 cups of BLISS PECAN CINNAMON GRANOLA
  • 8 tablespoons honey
  • Yoghurt or ice-cream

Directions

Halve & stone all the fruit

Using a melon baller slightly enlarge & deepen the cavity of each piece of fruit.

Fill each cavity with the granola, firmly packing it in.

Arrange the fruit in a shallow oven proof dish

Bake for 30 minutes until the fruit is tender and caramelized

Serve immediately with yoghurt or ice-cream
