Organic gluten-free thick rolled wholegrain Midwest oats, Iowa honey, olive oil, sunflower seeds, coconut, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, almonds, raisins, and cinnamon.

To this we add unique blends of nuts, seeds and spices, hand toss it all with honey and fruity olive oil …and lightly toast it to crunchy perfection.
